Cold and raining is the official weather report here and mother nature really slapped us.  The cold rain almost stings with suddeness of Fall.  I have been sitting on cool projects I have shot waiting for them to be published so I can post them here and few on my website.  I am getting really antsy.

During the negotiations of one of them I began wondering about my work, photography, life’s purpose and how we spend our time in it.  A lot to chew on I know, and at an interesting time.  Longevity is the key, but when you are young, passionate and hungry, the present seems of the most urgent importance. Its a lot like actually taking the picture.  Nerves are high and focused, composing; trying to capture in the present while thinking about what’s going to happen in the future. My conclusion, I am still negotiating that.

I am still shooting inside the local hip-hop scene, shooting on assignment and on my own time.  The posted photo is from some “research” in which I checked out several places for local, live hip-hop.
