This week I headed to D.C. to check out an exhibit on legendary performer and musisan, Bob Marley.  Marley has been a major influence in my life since I first heard his record when I was in junior high school. David Burnett, an amazing photojournalist, covered Marley’s life in Jamaica and then his 1977 Exodus Tour.

Music has always been a huge influence in my life and something I have always loved photographing.  My interest in photography started out taking pictures of the concerts and festivals I promoted in college. Fortunately for me, I live in a city with great live music and todays posting is a small look at one of my favorite subjects.
